Rory MacDonald Aggravates Neck Injury, Return Unknown

Rory MacDonald was present at the open workouts today, for a card that he was suppose to be co-headlining opposite Carlos Condit.  The young Canadian had to pull out of the fight due to a neck injury on February 19th.  He talked at the open workouts and revealed that rehab had been going well but he recently aggravated the injury.  “(Rehab) was going good, but then yesterday I kind of hurt it again, so after today I’m going to get someone to check it out. I was trying to get back slowly into training and I was just doing technique and I just tweaked it.”  Tough break for the raising star who’s biggest challenge sense joining the UFC has been staying healthy.  Thanks to MMA Mania for the scope
