Great to see Glover Teixeira using his celebrity to help those less fortunate in his home country of Brazil. Last weekend didn’t go as planned as he was unable to deal with Phil Davis’ wrestling and lost a unanimous decision to the former NCAA champion. Glover will be back and after tasting defeat twice in a row since going on such a long winning streak you know he will be more motivated than ever to get back in the win column and collect two checks as opposed to one.
That’s the nice thing about being a coach more than a competitor is no need to cut weight as the Team Alpha Male trainer stuffs his face with ice cream.
How many pictures do you think she had to take before settling on this one to post? I’m setting the over/under at 15.
You know you’re living in a sweet spot when it’s late October and you can cruise around with your shirt off. Jeremy has a difficult fight coming up as he will be taking on Charles Oliveira at the TUF Finale in Las Vegas. We will see how Lil Heathen bounces back after his most recent loss to Cub Swanson, which was his first since moving down to featherweight. I have a feeling we will see a very fired up Jeremy come fight night!
Maybe Callen will share another one of his uber gay dreams on this latest episode of The Fighter and the Kid.
Life does not suck for the former UFC fighter turned analyst Kenny Florian and his beautiful wife Clark Gilmer as they enjoy their Bora Bora honeymoon!
The middleweight champ paid his alma mater, Hofstra University, a visit this week and had some fun with faculty and students. Chris is seen here with his old college wrestling coach Thomas Ryan. Wonder if Ryan new when Chris was in his wrestling room that one day he would become an MMA world champion? Hard to think that type of talent can fly under the radar.
It is good to be the best in the world and get paid like it as UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw takes out his new boat for the first time. Dillashaw is recovering from a recent elbow surgery so he has had to take some time away from hard core training, and going out on the water seems like a great way to do just that. Can’t wait for TJ to heal up and face the man who many people still consider the true champion, Dominick Cruz, in what is one of the most anticipated fights in bantamweight history.
