Chael Sonnen vs Shogun Rua
Sonnen will have the wrestling and conditioning advantage. Do not believe Shogun will have the cardio to submit Sonnen or keep the fight standing.
Alistair Overeem vs Travis Browne
Browne will have the advantage in athleticism and range. The Overeem that came in against “Big Foot” Silva will not last long against an athlete like Travis Browne
Urijah Faber vs Yuri Alcantara
Non-title fight=Faber wins
Mike Pyle vs Matt Brown
Browne is more aggressive/powerful. Ton of momentum coming after his last fight.
Uriah Hall vs John Howard
More dynamic striker. Howard’s first fight at 185lbs, Hall will have a big size advantage.
Joe Lauzon vs Michael Johnson
Way better Jiu-Jitsu, will put on a show for his hometown fans
Michael McDonald vs Brad Pickett
Should come back hungry and motivated after first loss of his career to Barao. Hand injury should be fully recovered.
Conor McGregor vs Max Holloway
A great counter-puncher with a lot of hype. Short-notice fight for Holloway. People are sleeping on Holloway big time, he is a stud.
Steven Siler vs Mike Brown
Winner: Mike Brown
Brown is the better wrestler, with more experience and power.
Diego Brandao vs Daniel Pineda
Brandao is a killer with Greg Jackson to help maintain composure.
Cole Miller vs Manny Gamburyan
Should be able to get on top with his wrestling/judo advantage. Miller is a very tall 145lbs, could go well with his BJJ
Cody Donovan vs Ovince St. Preux
Winner: St. Preux
More precise striking and experience
Ramsey Nijem vs James Vick
Nijem is the better wrestler with more experience
